Dr. Matthias Kuentzel, author of Jihad and Jew-Hatred: Islamism, Nazism and the Roots of 9/11 (Telos Press Publishing, 2007), traces the origins of the virulent anti-Semitism that permeates Jihadi Islam not to the Koran but to Nazism. Kuentzel, a member of Germany's Green Party and a Research Associate at the Sassoon Center for the Study of Anti-Semitism at Hebrew University, addressed a group of 60 JINSA members and supporters at a Europe Project Forum on March 19 in Washington, DC.
Maj. Gen. Benny Gantz, Defense and Armed Forces Attache at the Embassy of Israel, spoke before a JINSA-sponsored a lunch in late April 2008 for defense industry executives.

JINSA's 25th annual Henry M. "Scoop" Jackson Distinguished Service Award was conferred upon Secretary of Defense Robert M. Gates on October 15, 2007. Also that evening the Chairman of JINSA’s Board of Advisors, Mr. David Steinmann, introduced six young U.S. service members, the 2007 recipients of JINSA's Grateful Nation Award. They were honored for their exceptional service in the War on Terror.

Andrew Whitehead spoke to JINSA leaders at the Spring 2007 Board Meeting about his legal victory over the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) after the group filed a lawsuit to shut down his Anti-CAIR website. Whitehead used the website to publish the ugly truth behind CAIR's foreign funding and its leadership's support for terrorists and radical, anti-American causes.
