On February 2, the JINSA Los Angeles Cabinet kicked off its 2012 programming with a briefing by Bret Stephens of the Wall Street Journal. Dubbing 2012 “the year of decision,” Mr. Stephens discussed the rise of Islamism and Iran’s quest for nuclear weapons against the backdrop of a weakening West.
Naval Special Warfare (NSW) Command in Coronado, Calif. hosted more than 20 members of the Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs (JINSA) during a visit, April 1, intended to educate community leaders on the mission, methods and equipment of NSW.
The International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) honored the Israel National Police during the IACP's 115th annual conference held November 8-12 in San Diego, Calif. The presentation took place during a luncheon sponsored by JINSA.
